ofp 3.38.0 - terminal client for flight plans and dispatch data
====================================================================

ofp is a command-line and terminal-screen client for a pps-api server. It lists flights, shows operational flight
plans (OFP), the dispatcher exception board, weather and NOTAMs, and reads the change log. A demo mode with mock
data is not part of this download.

IMPORTANT: ofp is only a client. It needs a running pps-api server and an API key for it. Without them it has
nothing to show. It does not contain, and does not give access to, any flight planning system by itself.

Install (Linux, ARM 64-bit)
------------------------------
1. Check the download: sha256sum -c ofp-3.38.0-aarch64-unknown-linux-musl.tar.gz.sha256
2. Unpack: tar -xzf ofp-3.38.0-aarch64-unknown-linux-musl.tar.gz
3. Move it onto your path: sudo install -m 755 ofp-3.38.0-aarch64-unknown-linux-musl/ofp /usr/local/bin/ofp
The program is statically linked and runs on any Linux distribution of this architecture.

First steps
-----------
    ofp profile add work --api-key <your key> --base-url https://<your pps-api server>
    ofp profile use work
ofp flights --from 2026-10-09T00:00:00 --to 2026-10-10T00:00:00
ofp tui # the dispatcher screen; the bar at the bottom shows the keys, L switches dark/day theme

`ofp --help` lists every command. Keys and profiles are kept in ~/.config/pps/ (readable by you only).

Notes
-----
- The program is also known by its working name "pps"; some help texts and messages still say "pps".
- It sends your API key only to the server address in your profile.
- No data is sent anywhere else; there is no telemetry.
